What's the Great Loop?

The Great Loop - a year-long, nearly 6,000-mile journey through the eastern United States and Canada's interconnected water passages—takes boaters counterclockwise from the Gulf and Atlantic Intracoastal Waterways to the Erie Canal, Great Lakes, Canadian Heritage Canals, and the Mississippi and Tennessee Rivers.  You can find more information @ America's Great Loop Cruisers' Association.

We, along with our fur babies, Gordy and Charlie, are embarking on this once-in-a-lifetime adventure called the Great Loop.  We are starting from Pool 2 of the Mississippi river in early September of 2022 and will cruise the Great Loop route, following the seasons.   Join us on this adventure by following our blog or joining us for a portion of the trip.  You can also follow us on Facebook.
